Charles Moffat Cook, age 75, of Langley, died peacefully at home with family by his side. He had M.D. A./Agent Orange.
He was born in Everett on July 20, 1942. A Marine to the end, he fought the cancer battle to the end. His little dog Neesha comforted him.
Chuck (Cookie) is survived by his wife Carlotta, eldest son Jeffrey A. Cook, eldest daughter Judith A. Cook, middle daughter Janelle A. Kizak and spouse Mike Kizak, youngest daughter Jeanette A. Camatti; grandchildren Christopher R. Stephens, Michael R. Kizak, Amanda N. Sifuentis, Mariah Kizak, Kilah Camatti; great-grandchildren Dakota A. Scott, Jessie Maggard, Ayla J. Garritson, Kylie Maggard, Maddox Sifuentis, Randi and Rolland Kizak; brother John W. Cook, sister-in-law Leona Cook; numerous nieces and nephews; cousins Marie and Wes Shaw; also, close friends Dave and Louann Stephens, Ken and Sally Colvin, Terry and Judy Ryan; and lifetime friends James Sunstrom and wife Audrey, and many more.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Family and friends are encouraged to share memories and condolences at www.whidbeymemorial.com.
