Condolence: Always loved seeing Flo and waving to her as I walked up and down Second Street from my house. Whether she was reading in her chair, or outside in her yard, Flo was always such a welcome sight during the past 40+ years. The neighborhood will miss you, Flo! Thanks for brightening our lives.
