Holly is survived by her daughter, Kasey Russell of Williamsfield, IL., her son Railand Bartlett of Oak Harbor, WA., her father James Coffman of Green Valley, AZ, her nephew Chase Coffman, and a tight knit circle of friends who referred to themselves as “The Steel Magnolias of Oak Harbor”.
