JAMES FRANKLIN REGISTER
James Franklin Register, 69, of Oak Harbor, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, following a lengthy illness.

Jim served in the US Army and the Mississippi National Guard from 1967-1994. He retired as an E-8. He also retired from Ingalls Ship Building as a Master Ship Builder with over forty years of service.
Jim is survived by his wife of forty-nine years, Pat Haygood Register; one son, Travis Paul and daughter-in-law Cecy Register; his grandchildren: Brody, Kahlen and Zephyr; two sisters, Phyllis (Ernie) Holmberg and Betty (Don) Stringer, both of Mississippi; also, a fishing boat full of nieces and nephews.
