Condolence: Ever had a friend you cannot recall NOT knowing? That is who Charles (Chuck, Cookie) Moffat Cook was to me. So now after 70-plus years of solid friendship (and more than a few wild adventures) my best friend is gone having lost his long and, seemingly, arduous battle with cancer. My wife and I offer our heartfelt condolences to his wife Carlotta, his Children, his brother John, and to all those who were Chuck’s extended family and friends.
