When Linda found out her cancer had returned, her thoughts were not about her own fate. Rather her thoughts turned towards others as she mused… “Who’s going to take care of Mom?” She was a caregiver at heart, ‘til the very end. Her giving / loving nature was, and is, second to none. What an incredilbe person she was and still is. She took myself and many others to incredible places; the good news is that she’s now in an incredible place, no doubt planning new adventures for all. Ironicaly and as fate would have it, she had a big combo Mothers Day / Halloween celebration years ago in Coupeville. P.S. I have a feeling right now she is with us thinking… “All these people, what a pity they are not playing some sort of game, taking a walk, or having a Halloween party.” She will be sorely missed.
