Obituary for June Agnes Reed

June Agnes Reed
JUNE AGNES REED
June Agnes Reed, longtime Oak Harbor resident, left this world and started her new adventure on September 18, 2017, at the age of 73. June passed peacefully in her home, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born in Chanceford Township, PA, on March 26, 1944.
She leaves behind her loving husband of forty-six years, James Reed; her two daughters, Tami Santerre and Lori Waisanen; her sons-in-law Kevin Santerre and Jon Waisanen and her grandchildren, Jessica and James Felker.
June touched the lives of everyone she met, and made an impact on the lives of all her family and friends. June, we celebrate your new life as you run free in Heaven, free of the pain and burden of cancer. We send you our love and blessings to hold on to until we meet again!
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Hospice of the Northwest…our angels! Family and friends are encouraged to share memories and condolences at www.whidbeymemorial.com.

"If Roses Grow in Heaven"
by Susan Polis Schultz

If roses grow in Heaven,
Lord, please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my mother's arms
And tell her they're from me.

Tell her that I love her and miss her,
And when she turns to smile
Place a kiss upon her cheek
And hold her for awhile.

Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
But there's an ache within my heart
Because I am missing her today.
